I Make
Good Food
That’s Good
For You
Is Ready
When
You Are
And is
never, ever
boring
If I wouldn’t
feed it to
my family,
I wouldn’t
feed it
to you.
We cook from scratch
with the best ingredients
We give a fork
Real food, honestly prepared. Cultivating authenticity and transparency – from what’s in our food, where it comes from, to how it’s prepared.
Sustainability
From Fieldtrays to cups, bags to cutlery, 95% of our packaging is biodegradable.
Mindful Sourcing
We cultivate relationships with farmers and support British suppliers. We only buy high-welfare meats and sustainability sourced fish. We believe in a transparent supply chain.
Giving Back
We are proud to have teamed up with a number of charities, most recently with Choose Love, Action Against Hunger and Magic Breakfast where a charitable contribution is made when a customer buys certain menu items.
Our Team
Career progression is something that we really care about. In last 12 months we have developed three Farmers into General Manager roles, three to Assistant Managers and four to Kitchen Managers.
We source locally, where we can
from high-welfare UK farms
BEDLAM FARMS
The squash you’ll find in our Mac’ n Cheese is from Bedlam Farms who are growers of specialist organic vegetables which are not widely available in the UK.
LAURENCE J. BETTS
Our lettuce is from Laurence J. Betts, a longstanding family business based near Kent, which has been producing salads for almost 100 years.
MOLYNEUX KALE COMPANY
Our Kale is from Molyneus Kale Company, a family business for over 150 years. With their expert knowledge, the local soils and maritime climate of south-west Lancashire, they are the only producer who has succeeded in growing kale in the UK for 12 months of the year.
THE TOMATO STALL
Our Heritage Tomatoes are from The Tomato Stall, a farm in the Isle of Wight. It’s one of the sunniest places in the UK, making it the perfect place to grow the tastiest tomatoes.
THE NEW FOREST FRUIT COMPANY
Our freshly grown strawberries are from The New Forest Fruit Company in Hampshire. Situated between the Solent and the New Forest National Park, they have the ideal microclimate for growing the best strawberries in the UK.
