Freekeh & Spinach
A simple yet delicious freekeh recipe

ingredients
200g Cracked Freekeh
1.5 (360g) Cups Water
3 tbsp. Cauliflower Sauce
2 Handful Spinach
1 tsp. Salt
Method
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add the Freekeh, water and salt. Bring to a boil and then reduce to low heat, cover and cook for 20-30 minutes. The freekeh should have softened, but still have bite.
- After 20 minutes, remove the lid and pan from the heat, add the spinach and cauliflower sauce, mix well and serve.
