Lamb Laffa Pizza

Spice up your Easter weekend with our lamb laffa pizza. Farmer J's version of the Turkish Lahmajoun, perfect for sharing and forkin' easy to make!

Ingredients

160g Mince Lamb
25g Harissa Paste (can be bought from the Farmer J Pantry)
1 tsp. Salt
1 x Laffa or Naan (or any flat bread or pizza base)
Handful Sliced Shallots
15g Flat Leaf Parsley, roughly chopped
15g Coriander, roughly chopped
Handful Mint, picked leaves
2tbsp. Olive Oil
Juice of Half Lemon
1 tsp. Sumac
Salt & Pepper, to taste  
Greek Yoghurt (optional, to serve)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, place the lamb, harissa and salt. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mince mixture onto the laffa, going right to the edges.
  4. Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes, until the edges begin to darken.
  5. While the laffa is baking, mix all the remaining ingredients.
  6. Remove the laffa from the oven and sprinkle with the slaad mixture and dollops of yoghurt.
